Manager, Supplier DiversityToyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TEMA)

Adrienne Trimble is Manager of Supplier Diversity within the Purchasing Division at Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TEMA), located near Cincinnati in Erlanger, Kentucky. TEMA was created in 1996 to manage Toyota's manufacturing operations in North America.  Effective June 2005, Ms. Trimble was assigned to TEMA’s Purchasing Division in Supplier Diversity. In this role, Ms. Trimble has responsibility for continuing to build TEMA’s supplier diversity program, with an emphasis on sourcing and development of minority business enterprises (MBEs).

She currently serves on the board of director’s for South Central Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council as Chair, Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council, as part of the executive committee, and the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council. She also works closely with other minority and women business advocacy groups such as the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and the Billion Dollar Roundtable.

Ms. Trimble joined TEMA’s Human Resources department in 2000 and was responsible for developing the company’s recruitment strategy, including the ability to attract, source, assess, interview and select internal and external talent for hire, including promotion and rotation assignments.
