Debbie Carter

Debbie Carter works with Portfolio Cash Flow Management, LLC. an advisory firm founded in 2008, as an account manager. Debbie currently holds the Series 7, the Series 66 and insurance licenses.  She is licensed with the NMLS as a mortgage banker and has a real estate license.

She has had more than 20 years' experience in the financial services and investment banking industries. Ms. Carter has worked in a senior capacity in the financial services industry with a focus on managing assets and raising capital with a strong emphasis on analysis and research. She is adept at sales, service and gathering assets. She is skilled in working effectively with diverse groups at all organizational levels to achieve common objectives. She has advised and managed small business qualified plans, taught economic and financial continuing education classes at local universities.
