Darlene Prather’s sixteen years of manufacturing accounting experience encompass working primarily in the accounts payable area.  The companies include Toyota Motor Manufacturing (TMMI) – Princeton, Indiana; Rexam - Evansville, Indiana; Accuride Corp. - Henderson, Kentucky; and Peabody Coal Company - Henderson, Kentucky.

As an accounting specialist, she worked with clients to create, extend and change corporate structures.  Her duties include Accounts Payable processor, auditing and accruing tax (IL,KY,OH,MS,IN), analyze and reconcile the general ledger, internal auditor and trainer. She has been trained in SOX.   The operating systems she worked with are PeopleSoft, SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 2000.  Some other duties included data entry, check verification, expense reports and paying vehicle leases.
