Role and Responsibility History

  • Mr. Williams is the founder and President of 3i Construction, LLC. He started the company in 2001.  He has experience in the areas of team building, strategic planning, procurement, insurance/risk management, management/negotiations, site selection, development/construction, company acquisitions and space planning.
  • A member of a number of boards, as well as, Baylor University Business School's advisary board,
  • Mr. Williams is a former Baylor University ALL-AMERICAN and a National Basketball Association player who played on the world champion Detroit Pistons basketball team.
  • It is his drive for “excellence,” combined with the principles and discipline he has brought to his professional basketball career, with which Mr. Williams manages 3i Construction, Inc.
