About PIN

Playbook Investors Network is a portal designed to bridge the gap between minority-owned businesses and Corporations, Athletes/Entertainers, Private Investors, EB-5 Immigration Investors, and Financial Institutions. It is also an educational training tool to keep small business abreast of solutions and what it takes to take their businesses to the next level.

• The PIN Fund (PIN) is a new investment vehicle that provides strategic growth capital to minority owned (MBE) and women-owned businesses (WBE).
• PIN is uniquely positioned to identify attractive small and minority / woman-owned business through its partnership with DiversityInPromotions, which works closely with major corporations to identify suppliers
• Major corporations spend billions of dollars annually for the goods and services of small and minority / woman-owned businesses in an effort to diversify their supply base as desired by their customers
• Small and minority and woman-owned businesses have traditionally been undercapitalized, stunting their growth potential.  They have also largely focused on business-to-business contracts in an effort to capture small and minority / woman-owned business dedicated funds
• Careful to preserve the minority status of prospective portfolio companies, PIN aims to structure attractive opportunities, taking advantage of current market valuations and financings constraints
• To accomplish our investment goals, PIN aims to raise a $100 million fund through a network of athletes, entertainers, wealthy individuals, and institutions.  Introducing our fund will occur through select cities where a large investor base resides.
• Private funding vehicles that have provided capital to MBE / WBEs have moved more recently towards investing in non-minority businesses. The PIN Fund will focus on traditional minority investing where we believe superior returns exist.
