Rodney Woods

 Rodney Woods a graduate of Paine College in Augusta, GA has a stellar history from being a stand out basketball player, which landed him a tryout with the Dallas Mavericks. Unfortunately during the camp Mr. Woods became victim of a career ending injury, but Mr. Woods did not allow that injury to make him a victim. Instead Mr. Woods joined the Dallas, TX Police Department and again established himself as a stand out officer. Mr. Woods’s dedication and a commitment to the job led to record arrests and convictions for the DPD in areas of narcotics trafficking, corporate fraud, and financial embezzlement. Mr. Woods tireless work record caught the attention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). During his time with the FBI Mr. Woods was asked to participate in several special operations which again led to numerous arrests and convictions. Mr. Woods also, has over decade of experience in sports marketing, corporate sponsorships, diversity procurement, corporate diversity solution development for W/MBE suppliers, and innovative corporate diversity supplier spent solutions. Mr. Woods has assembled a talented team of individuals to expand his company Diversity In Promotions (DIP) and grow his vision of a total resource for all businesses, the Playbook Investors Network (PIN). Mr. Woods has assisted numerous athletes and entertainers with diversifying their financial portfolio by sharing with them the great financial and community returns when they invest in W/MBE businesses. This led Mr. Woods to create the Playbook Investors Network in an effort to expand the investment opportunities of W/MBE’s to every corporation, industry, and financial institution or group in America.
